Do you have an emergency and need to get something from the Warehouse immediately?

If you have a few items that you can’t live without, and need to come by the Warehouse and pick up, please follow the steps listed below:

1. Place a separate Reservation for the items you need to pick up. Please limit the reservation to 5 items or less, and only quantities you will use immediately. Please remember not to order more than you can carry, or will fit in your vehicle. Old Reservations Can NOT be picked up.
2. Fax the reservation number to the Warehouse Shipping Office, at (407) 317-3763. Please make sure the reservation number is clear. That will give us a chance to start working on your order.
3. Have your reservation number with you when you make the pick up. The order will be picked almost immediately, so you can come right down to pick it up. You must pick up your order prior to 2:30 pm the following workday. If not, the order will be shipped via our normal distribution system. We are open from 6:30 am – 2:30 pm.
4. We are located on the SW corner of John Young Parkway and Oak Ridge Rd. At the intersection of JYP and Oak Ridge, go south on John Young. We are the first right (OCPS Facilities Compound). Follow the driveway to the end, and turn right. You will be in between the 400 bldg, on your right, and the 500 bldg, on your left. The pick up is in the 400 bldg at the door marked “Walk Thru Enter Here.”
