the wrong item, or get the wrong item? If so, and you want to return
it to the Warehouse for credit, please follow the instructions listed
below:
We have received many returns for commonly used items of small quantity
and dollar value. The cost of transporting and processing these
returns is prohibitive. If you receive the item you ordered, please
find a use for it. If you must return it, returns must be made within
30 days, or no credit will be given.
If we send the wrong item, we will replace it regardless of quantity
or dollar value. We will correct our mistake.
1. If a return is necessary, please make a copy of the ticket (if
no ticket is available, write the school name, reservation number,
material number, and quantity on a piece of paper). Use one or more
of the instructions below:
2. If we sent the wrong item: “Wrong item sent, please replace”,
or “Wrong item sent, return for credit” (no replacement
will be sent)
3. If you ordered the wrong item or quantity: “Return for
credit.”

4. Now decide if it is small enough to be returned by courier, as
this is the fastest method. If so, address it to “Warehouse
Returns.”
Walk Thru
5. If it is too large to return via Courier, Please write “pick
up” on the ticket and fax it to us at (407) 317-3753. We will
schedule a pick up as soon as possible. Please keep a copy of your
paperwork with the material.
