Welcome to the Orange County Public Schools, Orlando, Florida Warehouse
website. This website is updated to provide teachers and employees
of Orange County Public Schools with pricing, and a description
of materials available to be ordered for their work sites.
The "Buy" button at the bottom of the shopping
cart can only be used by OCPS employees that have been permitted
to by their school bookkeeper or department secretary, because this
"Buy" button will move the order directly into our SAP
Business Application program for budget approval by them. OCPS employees
and Orange County Charter Schools may create a shopping cart on
this website and can e-mail or print their order, to get it to the
person placing the orders into SAP. This website doesn't save the
shopping cart, and no order is officially placed until it is approved
through SAP.
SAP orders that contain out-of-stock material will
ship the backordered material when it does come into the Warehouse,
unless the bookkeeper e-mails the address below to cancel the backorder.
A listing of backorders is included to the left on this website,
and is updated daily. The backorders listing also includes the stock
status of Used furniture returned through Surplus Property and is
also available to be ordered in the shopping cart.
Pricing and information on this website is updated and is subject
to change daily.
This site also allows prospective vendors a view of
what materials are stocked in the Warehouse. All materials in the
Warehouse are supplied through the Bid and Quote process of Orange
County Public Schools' Procurement Services, whose website
is www.procurement.ocps.net. |
